Complimentary rides for patients at Saudi German Hospitals

Saudi German Hospitals (SGH) Group has signed a new partnership with ride-hailing app Careem to provide its patients with transportation services to and from its hospitals across Saudi Arabia.

As part of this agreement, complimentary rides will be provided to discharged patients upon their departure from hospital, allowing them to get back home safely and comfortably.

‘We are proud to announce the signing of this strategic new alliance with Careem, which aims to provide key transportation solutions to patients who are coming and leaving the hospital,’ said Makarem Sobhi Batterjee, vice chairman and deputy president of SGH.

‘This agreement will help pave the way in addressing our patient’s transportation needs.’

The Saudi German Hospital Group established its first hospital in Jeddah in 1988 and continued to expand to other areas across Saudi Arabia. The group currently operates hospitals in Aseer, Riyadh, Madinah, Hail, Jeddah and soon Dammam.
