ISQua accredits Temos standards on medical tourism

ISQua, is generally recognised as the ‘Accreditor of Accreditors’ offering a gold standard quality level for global accrediting organisations. With ISQua accreditation Temos now joins a small group of international accreditation organisations offering this high standard for hospitals and clinics that serve international patients.

ISQua’s International Accreditation Program provides worldwide recognition for accredited organisations that meet approved international standards. The accreditation of Temos’ standards demonstrates to hospitals, clinics, patients, insurance and self-insured companies, Ministries of Health and others that Temos-accredited providers pursue Continuous Quality Improvement and adhere to international best practices. Currently, Temos’ clients serve approximately 610,000 outpatients and 44,000 inpatients per month in more than 20 countries.

"Acquiring ISQua accreditation is validation of our continuing commitment to our clients and the patients they serve", says Temos’ Founder and CEO, Dr. Claudia Mika. "ISQua accreditation is a significant milestone for the company and its accredited providers. Temos offers its clients the highest possible standards so that they deliver excellent quality care to their patients. This achievement is a demonstration of our dedication to our current and future clients".

With ISQua accreditation, Temos adds to its list of competitive advantages. Temos is the first international accreditation organisation to create standards specifically for international patients, often referred to as medical tourists. It is the first accreditation body in Germany to achieve ISQua accreditation. It continues to innovate and elevate the requirements for accreditation to add value to its clients, their patients, and the governments, insurance companies, Embassies and Consulates and other businesses that rely upon Temos quality.

Founded in 2010, Temos accredits hospitals and clinics, dental services, IVF clinics, physical rehabilitation services, and eye care clinics as well as medical travel coordinators also referred to as facilitators or medical concierge services. With clients on five continents, the company is experiencing exciting growth and expects that ISQua accreditation will increase confidence in the marketplace and accelerate its growth.
