The Cosmetic and Dental Emporium has launched an online reality makeover show for the African continent, Revenge Makeover SA. The five part series is available worldwide on Facebook and YouTube.
The Cosmetic and Dental Emporium specialises rehabilitative dentistry and facial enhancements; “The five contestants from around South Africa have been granted the opportunity to take revenge on themselves for the many years of not prioritising their health and image by allowing a network of professionals to build confidence and comfort in their appearance. In many psychological tests, people are more likely to feel better about someone who appears with a smile as opposed to a person who has a neutral expression.”
2,000 entries were received, each with photos and a motivation as to why they should be selected as one of the five winners. The doctors selected 10 finalists with severe dental problems. Each individual was then invited for an interview. Of the ten, the five finalists were picked.
