Singapore hospital group reports fewer international patients

Raffles Medical Group hospital services division reported a 2.3% drop in revenue due to fewer foreign patients. The Group says that near-term prospects are weak for an improvement in this segment, given the relative strength of the S$ against a number of regional currencies, the increase in professional fees, and the availability of cheaper medical treatments offered in nearby countries.
