Will Costa Rica open to Americans?

With the USA struggling and failing to control the pandemic, with 140,000 deaths, Costa Rica has a dilemma of either banning the majority of tourists or seriously increasing infection rates.

While the borders remain closed to US visitors, the once-thriving dental tourism market remains at a standstill.

Many clinics have reduced prices to increase local trade.
