The Ukrainian Association of Medical Tourism is a non-profit organization and is the most recognized in its field in the Ukraine. It has four aims which are to raise the level of healthcare, increase patient safety, provide quality diagnosis and treatment for individuals with rare conditions, and to develop inbound and outbound medical tourism. It is one of the founding members of the Global Healthcare Travel Council and is responsible for medical tourism development in CIS and East Europe Countries.
